Job Title: Quality Specialist

Role Description
The Quality Specialist is a key figure in the Business Unit, driving end-to-end quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leadership, and quality groups from other Business Units. They promote a consumer-centric quality improvement culture, fostering innovation and supporting transformation teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers through collaborative partnerships.
Responsibilities

• Support Client and Business Unit in achieving Quality strategy and goals through targeted projects and risk-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Unit to enhance Product Superiority and proactive risk management to prevent potential threats.
• Manage consumer safety, legal, or quality-related incidents, and share Best Practices and Lessons Learned across the organization.
• Drive insights and improvements by analyzing quality data and providing coaching, upskilling, and training in relevant areas.

Requirement

• A university degree in general sciences or a technical discipline with a preference for degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or Microbiology.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, specifically in Quality, R&D, or Manufacturing, is required.
• Fluency in English is essential
• Packaging is preferred.
