Job Title: Quality Control Analyst 

The Company:  
Our client is a multinational leading global pharmaceutical firm known for diverse medical solutions, ethical practices, and industry influence, shaping healthcare progress and accessibility.

Role Description: 
The role involves managing the Quality Control Analytical Lab team supporting Cytotoxic and Inhalation drug production. Conduct vital tests on APIs, excipients, and drug products, ensuring release and stability compliance. Lead method transfer, validation, and verification for new products, playing a key role as we expand. Your expertise matters in upholding our quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct routine sample testing during production and for final products, adhering to SOPs and time limits.
• Address out-of-spec results following quality management protocols (Phase 1 investigation).
• Review, approve, and write test outcomes while upholding company policies and regulations.
• Provide expertise in interpreting and verifying test quality, actively participating in complex issue resolution.
• Analyze initial problems with laboratory equipment and be available for 24/7 shifts.

Requirements: 

• MLO+ / HBO/ bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing Pharmacopoeia methods and relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with analytical techniques like UPLC/HPLC, TOC, and PSD.
• Previous work experience within a pharmaceutical environment, including knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and production processes, preferably under GMP. Proficiency in Dutch is essential, along with effective teamwork skills and a results-oriented approach.
