Job Title: Executive Assistant

As an integral part of the company’s success, the executive assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the executive. Their responsibilities encompass various tasks such as managing schedules, handling email correspondence by reviewing and prioritizing messages, managing phone calls, organizing important documents, maintaining records, taking comprehensive meeting notes, and assisting with any other administrative duties essential to the smooth functioning of the executive’s role.
- Scheduling Management: Effectively managing the calendar of the company executive(s), ensuring appointments and commitments are organized and well-coordinated.
- Communication Handling: Drafting, reviewing, and sending various communications on behalf of the company executive(s), maintaining a professional and clear tone
- Meeting Organization: Preparing and organizing meetings, which involves collecting necessary documents, arranging logistics, and ensuring everything is well-prepared for the executive(s).
- Phone Communication: Answering and responding to phone calls, efficiently relaying messages, and pertinent information to the executive(s).
- Email Prioritization: Prioritizing emails received by the executive(s) and responding promptly when required.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging and coordinating travel plans for the company executive(s), ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and managing various records and documents that pertain to the company executive(s)
- Adaptability: The ability to remain resilient and composed in the face of high work pressure, especially in a dynamic and global setting.
- Prioritization Skills: A strong capability to efficiently manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
