Position: Procurement Assistant S&I Manager – Nutrition Business Group:
In this role, you will be a crucial link between the Nutrition Business Group and various departments, ensuring alignment with our material and brand strategies, as well as contributing to our Regenerative Agriculture goals. As a Procurement Assistant S&I Manager, you will collaborate closely with supply chain, R&D, brand, and sustainability teams to drive impactful change and innovation. Responsibilities:

-Champion the implementation of Regenerative Agriculture projects, supporting the Nutrition Compass commitments.
-Lead regular reviews with Procurement teams, driving timely updates and resolving challenges.
-Collaborate with Business Operations Sustainability teams to effectively manage projects.
-Create compelling presentations and reports to demonstrate progress on the program.
-Assist in developing business cases for Climate and Nature Fund initiatives.
-Conduct internal training sessions to upskill teams and onboard suppliers into the program.
-Represent procurement in internal and external engagements.
-Support Measure, Report, and Verify efforts from a procurement perspective.
-Contribute to Funding development work in alignment with procurement goals.
-Collaborate with the Commercialization pillar team to drive impactful brand stories and external communications.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in business studies, supply chain management, or related fields.
-Prior experience in FMCG industry, with knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or R&D (preferably in an agile environment).
-Understanding of procurement processes, sustainability, and resilience.
-Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent convincing and influencing abilities.
-Results-oriented with problem-solving skills.
-Agile and adaptable, capable of managing uncertainty.
-Business acumen, collaborative, and adept at networking.
-Effective communication and presentation skills.
