Position
As a Senior Financial Accountant within the Entity Controlling Department. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the Accounting Department and report directly to the Associate Director Entities Controller Animal Health. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely delivery of statutory and management reporting for three legal entities.

Responsibilities
-Coordinate the monthly financial closing process to meet reporting deadlines.
-Maintain a strong entity control environment for effective financial management.
-Manage tax compliance and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
-Support audits conducted by internal and external stakeholders.
-Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Analyze financial impacts of complex projects and provide insights.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting practices.
-Monitor and report on financial performance of the entities.
-Ensure adherence to Dutch GAAP and US GAAP standards.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
-5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
-Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and US GAAP.
-Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Analytics, HFM, BPC).
-Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
-Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
