Job Title: Customer Facing Specialist

Role Description:

This role involves centralizing customer relationships in the Order to Cash process, including order updates, compliance monitoring, problem resolution, master data coordination, returns management, and collaboration with teams for efficient delivery and billing. It also focuses on process improvement, customer-specific tasks, and transactional support to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service delivery.

Responsibilities:

· Provide timely updates on order status, deliveries, and billing information to customers.

· Proactively inform customers about product availability and address out-of-stock situations.

· Monitor customer compliance with logistics conditions and take necessary action if agreements are not upheld.

· Coordinate customer master data requests, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

· Manage and resolve issues related to returns, refusals, delivery, billing, and delays, providing necessary reports, and liaising with relevant teams for resolution.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG industry, demonstrating a sense of relationship management.

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to effectively handle data and reporting tasks.

· Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, with experience in SAP CRM and reporting tools considered a plus.

· Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.

· Thorough knowledge of both Dutch and English languages, with proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
