Role description
As an Operator in vaccine production, you will play a crucial role in mixing and filling a variety of vaccines for animals. Your responsibilities will include following work instructions, conducting machine and process testing, and training new employees. To ensure your success in this role, comprehensive training will be provided. It’s important to note that the production facility, adheres to strict GMP guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of the vaccinations. Your work will take place in a clean room environment, where stringent safety regulations are upheld, and aseptic processes are meticulously executed.

Responsibilities
-Work in an aseptic or sterile environment
-Position involves familiarity with safety and storage of chemicals, as well as the use of safety equipment
-Follow written procedures, then perform the corresponding documentation.
-Performing tasks both before and after the manufacturing process.
-Process deviations for product release must be registered and followed up on.
-Support experienced operators and mentors with new employee education and training.
-Participate in departmental consultations proactively.

Requirements
-A completed MBO education or similar degree.
-At least 2 years of experience with technology/processes, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging lines or highly regulated industries.
-Strong sense of sanitary and aseptic work practices.
-Experience working with delicate and fragile equipment.
-Knowledge of GMP.
-Good command of Dutch language (written and spoken).
-Willingness to work in two shifts and on weekends.
