Role Description
As a Calibration and Validation Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and validation of the systems and the calibration of the equipment. Monitoring and managing the validation and calibration of quality systems and, improving or setting up, new quality systems, in accordance with the quality policy. You have a team of 8-10 direct reports consisting of engineers and consultants.

Responsibilities 

– Drawing up department objectives, preparation of monthly and annual projects.
– Preparing and maintaining weekly, monthly and annual plans. 
– Leading the work to be performed by the employees, in such a way that an efficient work performance is achieved. 
– Delegating the work to be performed by the employees, in such a way that an efficient work performance is achieved. 
– Delegating powers and tasks planning, directing, monitoring and controlling the activities and responsibilities to be carried out in consultation with those involved. 

 Requirements
– bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO) in relevant field.
– Proved skills within Calibration and Validation.
– Pharmaceutical production processes and risk assessment techniques.
– Validation, Calibration/ measurement, control technology, GMP and risk evaluation techniques.
– Communication and leadership skills.
