Our client is the largest fast-moving consumer goods company in the Benelux with multiple product branches. In the Netherlands they market about 40 well-known brands within diverse range of products and employs more than 2,500 people.
Role Description
In this role you will be part of the department that plays an important part between demand and supply. You will make sure that the operations are managed in a way to meet customer case fill and inform stakeholders about stock risks and opportunities.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for improvement plans when needed: supply issue/high demand
– Work closely with internal sales teams and customer service and stakeholders
– Keep track of order demand and it`s variations, with an eye on quality
– Make sure that the service meets the best customer service KPIs
Requirements
– Knowledge of ERP Systems and MS office
– Good team player with capacity of influencing others
– Fluent in Dutch and English
– Experience in Planning or Stock Management
