Role Description
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for predominantly implementing Life Cycle Management changes, managing escalations conducting process improvements in the Digital X-ray department (MRI scanners).
 

Responsibilities
Your day to day activities includes but are not limited to:
-Writing work instructions, monitor/maintain devices and tooling, instruct employees, implement and maintain production processes.
-Support Process Validation
Providing input for the Manufacturing Engineer, to create a better way of working. After release for volume production the Sustaining Engineer is accountable for improvements.
-Conducting Root-cause analyses
-Analysis of performance data with respect to products and processes (Six-sigma, Statistical Process Control)
-Perform preparation activities on trial/prototype production within New Product Introduction-processes
-Defines and leads improvement projects for the assigned unit, to improve efficiency, product quality and test section
-Life Cycle Management and New Product Introductions within the manufacturing process preparation and introduction
-Conduct audits (Green Belt).
– Investigation and escalation of Production issues/complaints, if needed together with development.
 

Requirements
-A Bachelor’s degree in electronics or mechatronics or relevant other
-+2 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering in a high-tech environment
-Experience in Quality management and/or systems
-Experience in Operational Technology and/or Information Technology
-Experience in statistics, lean six sigma and process validation is a strong plus
-Technical knowledge of Tooling issues is a strong plus
-Can work accurately
-Can collaborate well with various teams or departments
-Fluency in English  and Dutch (B2+) is required
