Role Description
In this role you will help at a high level and will be responsible for managing the agenda and inbox, arranging meetings with the scope of time optimization. Besides that, you will work closely to implement different procedures and standards to ensure that the business aligns with the best time and people management practices.
 
Responsibilities
– Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings with various stakeholders.

– Maintain proactive communication with the SVP to ensure a clear understanding of priorities and ensure that the diary accurately reflects them.

– Provide comprehensive support to the SVP, ensuring optimal utilization of their time.

– Efficiently coordinate and organize travel arrangements.

– Occasional travel with the SVP may be required.

 Requirements
– Experienced in a high-level support role

– Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and grammar)

– You possess a keen attention to detail.

– Excellent stakeholder and time management skills
