Job Title: Assistant Supply Planning Manager

Role Description
Your role as an Assistant Transition Planning Manager is to manage the end-to-end planning for Europe- sources business such as for Home Care, Nutrition, and Ice Cream portfolios. You are responsible for areas such as Operational Supply Planning, Capacity Interlocking, Sourcing Network Optimization, Inventory Planning, Performance Management.
 
Responsibilities
– Responsible for liaising to sourcing units for the review of supply plans.
– Responsible for short term planning within 0 to 3 weeks and with weekly follow up on the plan execution.
– Defining planning strategies through forecasting of “Customer Sourcing Unit” in combination with service criteria.
– Manage and revise stock replenishment guidelines based on different planning cycles.

Requirements
-Has bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply Chain.
-Has at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chai, out of which 3 years spent in Supply Planning.
– Has experience in FMGC industry
– APICS certification is an advantage.
