Role Description   
As a Data Specialist, you will be working in close collaboration with local and global teams and will ensure the proper interpretation and execution of digital strategies on the site. You will actively advocate for the utilization of Digital & Technology as a crucial decision-making tool, generating value for the business. To be successful, you will need to possess extensive knowledge of digital asset lifecycle management and excel in managing business relationships, ensuring that Digital & Technology aligns with the business’s needs.

Responsibilities
– Conduct data analysis and modeling on extensive data sets by utilizing SQL, Python, or R to examine, refine, and condense data.
– Deliver presentations of data analysis results and compose technical summaries to stimulate discussions concerning product quality and safety.
– Automate processes and create dashboards and solutions to effectively address the requirements of the business.
– Engage in customer communication to comprehend their requirements, formulate data analytics proposals, and ensure timely fulfillment of their needs in accordance with project timelines.

Requirements
– Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, data science, or an IT field.
– Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Python.
– Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing, cleansing, and summarizing extensive data sets.
– Experience within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
