The Role       
As a Material Planner you will be taking charge of coordinating and carrying out all tasks necessary to ensure the availability of raw materials in a dynamic clinical setting. This role involves working closely with the New Product Introduction project team to achieve all objectives within the project’s timeline, budget, and scope. In addition, the chosen candidate will be responsible for enhancing the planning processes for NPI through continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
– Meet the delivery deadlines for Raw Materials and Components as provided by the NPI Project Manager/Team.
– Maintain collaborative and robust communication with partners.
– Ensure that material set up is complete and delivered on time for product qualification.
– Focus on developing and standardizing processes across the platform while promoting continuous improvement.
– Monitor and summarize the progress of all necessary steps in material introduction.

Requirements
– 2+ years’ experience in Planning / Purchasing / Supply Chain.
– Strong communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
– Experience using SAP is required.
– Project management skills preferable.
– Experience in pharma/biotech industry is preferred.
