About the position
As a Product Design and Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the technical stages of root cause analysis, technical review, documentation updating and release, and the production of new recipes.
Responsibilities
-You will use a risk-based approach to assess each situation and provide clear recommendations to the project team.
-Working cross-functionally with project teams to ensure compliance with FSMP DA for the EU,
building expertise on product category.
-Performing root cause analysis with a cross-functional team.
-Challenging the current product development process, anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
-Ensuring robust design principles are followed and documentation is completed in line with SN way.
Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Development, preferably in Powdered milks.
-BSC Degree or higher in Food Science/Technology.
-A scientific mindset is necessary, and proficiency in using tools for formulation design, documentation, systems, and processes is crucial for compliance and quality aspects of the role.
-Experience in Product Design and Development based on Consumer insights
-Strong Stakeholder Management skills, a Team Player/Collaborative Mindset, Critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
