About the Role:
As Specification Technologist you will focus on raw material specification in confirmation to China GB legislation.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible to make sure that ingredient specifications will meet the nutritional, quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements of finished products.
– Would work closely with multiple stakeholders including Quality & Food Safety, Product Development, Cycle & Procurement, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and external suppliers.
Qualification:
– BSc/ MSc educational or thinking level relevant to food, pharmaceuticals, or medicine.
– 2+ years of experience in ingredient, quality & food safety.
– Knowledge and experience in Chinese GB related to food materials and GMP.
– Working experienced with SAP is a plus.
– Good communication skills in English in both writing and speaking. Chinese is a big plus.
