Our client produces medications for IVF in the Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) departments. The continuous production is carried out in cleanroom environments and is supported by a separate Maintenance and Reliability department. The facility is modern and high-tech, with three production buildings.
About the role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, your main responsibility is to maintain and optimize process equipment to ensure it functions properly.
Responsibilities
-Independently performing maintenance and assembly work on equipment such as pumps, centrifuges, and reactors.
-Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing periodic maintenance and optimization of installation parts.
-Supervising housekeeping, GMP, and EHS aspects.
-Identifying improvements with production documenting work in a maintenance information system.
-Supporting maintenance and engineering projects.
Requirements
-Mechanical engineering training at MBO level.
-2+ years of work experience in a similar position.
-Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working on complex equipment is an advantage.
-Yellow Belt certification or relevant experience with problem-solving tools is helpful fot this position.
-Good communication skills in Dutch are required, and knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
