Role Description    
As a Lab Technician, your primary responsibility will be to oversee to oversee the arrangement and implementation of events, which includes managing sample stock, and overseeing the management of raw materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for general facility maintenance activities. You will act as the main point of contact for visitors and suppliers. Through collaboration with experts in areas such as savory flavors, protein design, processing, coloring, functionality, and texture, you will have the chance to gain invaluable experience in this field.

Responsibilities 
-Organizing tastings of plant-based meat
-Managing sample stock  and raw materials
-General facility maintenance activities
-Follow Food safety and HACCP regulations

Requirements
-Possess at least 2 years of practical experience in operating a laboratory
-BSc in Food technology or similar
-Experience working with different department and stakeholders
-Excellent communication skills in English, (Dutch and German are a plus)
-Hands-on and proactive
