Role Description

As the Quality Systems Documentation Specialist, you will join the quality team to improve the documentation processes and systems for immunotherapy and work with Document Management processes.
 

Responsibilities
AS a QA training Specialist you will be responsible for:
– Maintaining and improve the management record systems, document change control system.
– Responsible document management activity according to compliance, regulatory and quality requirements.
– Managing Site metrics and communicate findings to management.
– Ensure compliance is top priority across all records and documents in the systems

– Identify and react to deviations in the records and take corrective actions.
– Support the Quality Assurance team with training and Audits.


Requirements

– Degree in Science or relevant fields

– 2 years of experience in GMP related environments (Pharma, Biotechnology or Biologics)

– 2 years working in quality (quality engineering, quality documentation, quality assurance or quality systems)

– Experience working with documentation or document audit is required

– Knowledge of GMP, SOP and Quality systems is preferred.

-Fluency in English is required
