Our client is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development of cancer immunotherapies with the aim of providing long-term responses and eliminating this chronic disease.

Role Description   
As a Senior Distribution Specialist, one of your duties will be to supervise the transportation of goods and materials from their starting location to their end destination in a prompt, effective, and economical way. This will entail collaborating with external logistics firms to organize shipments and ensure that the warehouse workload is evenly distributed.

Responsibilities
– Ensure that the necessary raw materials for production are delivered in the correct quantities and within the scheduled time frame.
– Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all tasks are performed according to established quality standards.
– Utilizes global expertise to support precise material configuration through the Global Product Lifecycle Management (GPLM) system.
– Take ownership of Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) records, and oversee Change Control records for associated procedures.

Requirements
– Capable of expanding existing capabilities and taking charge of the third-party logistics service provider.
– Familiar with cGMPs or other regulated environments.
– Proficient in both data management and stakeholder management.
– Experienced in Cold Chain material flow and Unit of Measure (UOM) handling.
