Senior Distribution Specialist
The company
Our client is an international healthcare company specialized in women health. Their mission is to deliver impactful medicines and solutions for a healthier every day.
Role Description
As part of your responsibilities, you will responsible for overseeing the movement of goods and materials from the point of origin to the final destination in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. This includes working with third-party logistics companies to arrange shipments, making sure that the workload is balanced in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
-Make sure that raw materials needed for production are delivered on time and in the right quantities
-Create and update SOPs to make sure everything is done in a way that meets quality standards
-Keeping track of data using software
-Additionally, responsible for attending meetings and working with other teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
Requirements
-Experienced in Cold Chain material flow in GMP environment
-Strong background in logistics, and holding a certification with GDP 3PL Service Provider is desirable
-Proficient in continuous improvement and electronic quality systems
-Skilled in SAP/ORACLE
-Capable of troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to senior management through a good understanding of process, systems, and equipment.
