Role description
As a Global Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and improving various operations across different countries and regions around the world. This could include tasks such as analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating with different teams and partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing complaints related to third-party distribution in the EMEA region. You will keep track of metrics and create reports for weekly meetings, where together with the team will discuss the progress and improvements made.
Responsibilities
-Managing complaints related to third-party distribution in the EMEA region
-You will keep track of metrics and create reports for weekly meetings
-Work on standardizing the process for documenting and investigating complaints from logistics providers
-Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
-The person will support the tracking and follow-up of shipments and complaints in the region, analyze alerts related to medicines, and communicate with local service providers
Requirements
-Bachelor degree in Supply Chain
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a Pharmaceutical environment
–Experience ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Model of working: hybrid
