The Company
Our client is a multinational corporation, originally from the United States. They specialize in producing a range of food products, including confectionery and pet food, as well as offering animal care services.

The Role       
Will be responsible for leading the product development workstream. This will involve working with raw materials, recipes, and manufacturing processes to develop highly complex projects. Will be required to collaborate with regional partners to develop and deliver technical solutions, while also building an understanding of the technical needs and capabilities across the regions.

Responsibilities
– Developing product solutions from initial concepts.
– Working with global and regional stakeholders to establish product targets and key routes to implementation.
– Leading the product development workstream.
– Managing delivery to time, cost and quality, and effective risk management of the product development workstream.

Requirements
– Background in Food Science, food engineering, food chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent culinary education.
– Professional knowledge of raw material, recipe / formulation. 
– Experience in Product development, culinary/kitchen/restaurant experience and Project Management.
– MS Office package.
– Strong communication skills in English.
