Job Title: Hybrid Procurement Manager

Join a multinational team in one of the biggest FMCG organizations, based in Rotterdam. This company owns over 400 brands and is organized into three main divisions: Foods and Refreshments; Home Care; and Beauty & Personal Care.

Role
 As the Hybrid Procurement Manager, you will lead the value assurance of supply chain savings across the entire organization. You will be a core member of the Supply Chain Value Creation Plan Transformation Management Office (SC VCP TMO) and responsible for managing the SC VCP TMO cadence, governance, ideation, and reporting activities. You will ensure adherence to timelines, drive new idea generations, and support key projects across operational areas.

Responsibilities
–Lead TMO Deep Dive and ideation sessions to review initiative progress and project status, incremental savings opportunities, and stretch existing initiatives
–Ensure cross-fertilization of ideas across regions to improve the saving funnel
–Lead Weekly & Monthly TMO internal cadence and support functional project funnel reporting sessions
–Define savings approval flows, grouping and governance mechanisms
–Facilitate and coordinate alignment on savings initiatives and benefits
–Own savings definitions and methodology and manage communication with region and category teams
–Master the use of the saving system across the company and train new users on the system

Requirements
–7-8+ years of SCM experience with cross-functional experience within procurement, planning & manufacturing
–Engineering, business, or economics graduate
–Excellent interpersonal skills
–Familiarity with reporting tools and templates, and experience creating Power BI reports
–Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
