The role
The Supply Planner will manage stakeholders at all work levels, work closely with the Central Singapore Innovation Team, and collaborate with Business Development Managers and Marketing Teams to deliver the NPD plan. You will ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Service and Demand/Supply Planning teams after launch. Additionally, you will oversee Innovation and Renovation projects, working with cluster Brand Development, R&D, and cross-functional innovation project teams to manage timelines and resolve conflicts that may arise.

Responsibilities
– Develop and manage an innovation timeline with input from the wider project team, holding cross-functional team members responsible for delivering their tasks on time to ensure important milestones are achieved on time and in full.
– Update and communicate risk management plans developed by the project team.
– Act as a strategy expert: Create an effective global innovation management strategy using both in-house and third-party resources.
– Support monthly New Product Development (NPD) meetings with UI Senior Leadership and cross-functional team to evaluate risk and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements
– A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, International Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics.
