About the position
As a validation engineer you make sure to enhance the quality of products by enhancing and developing laboratory testing. You take charge of dealing with intricate quality assurance concerns and utilize your judgment, initiative, and findings to improve processes and standards. Ultimately, the validation Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring that high-quality products are produced.

Responsibilities
-Conducts compliance evaluations of laboratory standards and procedures.
-Acts as a Validation Subject Matter Expert (SME) during audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
-Develops and enhances test method validations, including writing protocols and reports.
-Writes and develops protocols and reports for new and existing laboratory equipment validation, such as IQ/OQ/PQ/CSV.
-Acts as an approver for test method, laboratory equipment validation, and other validations.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
-Relevant QC or QA experience
-Advanced knowledge with laboratory testing and automation
-Knowledge of GMP, QMS, validation of technical systems and processes
-Fluent in Dutch and English
