About this Role:
You are responsible for the entire administrative process of ‘order to invoice’ and for all communication with the customer and distribution centers regarding orders, deliveries and invoicing.

You will be reporting to the Order to Invoice manager. 

Responsibilities
– Act as the primary point of contact for customers, distribution centers and headquarters regarding orders, deliveries and invoicing.
– Receiving orders by mail and EDI.
– Entering orders into SAP.
– Proactive communication to customers and distribution centers regarding order status and potential problems.
– Checking, adjusting, and sending invoices by mail and EDI.
– Internal communication with Supply and demand planning departments, Accounting and Sales account managers

Your profile
– You have at least HBO work/thought level.
– 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position at a multinational company.
– Your oral and written skills in the Dutch language are excellent.
– Knowledge of and proficiency with Excel is required.
– Skill with SAP is an advantage.
