Role Description
This role is part of the Opex Center of Excellence (COE) within the Finance Operations and Transformation team. This person will help to identify and implement new ways of working. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a financial controller but is also well-versed in operations. 

Responsibilities
–  Prepare monthly commentary to explain spend variances between actual results and/or budget and forecasts
–  Responsible for driving consistency and improving Opex management and business partnership to the different teams across GBUs
–  Manage accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end closing activities in collaboration with other OPEX COE members
–   Ensure compliance with all internal control requirements
–  Develop Opex and headcount forecasts and planning for designated areas

Requirements
–  3+ years of diversified financial controlling experience 
–  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
–  Preferred: MBA and/or CPA
