Senior Brand Manager – Media Marketing

Role Description

As the Global Senior Media Manager you will drive growth by creating robust media strategies that enable holistic channel planning and facilitate authentic and relevant brand communications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily media expertise as the primary Media Business Partner to Global Brand teams
  • Craft Brand Engagement Architectures (BEA) by prioritizing Innovation and media performance for large global brands. Includes communication portfolio planning, P&L recommendation, audience crafting
  • Design and Implement global communication strategy in line with key market goals 
  • Build and grow the Ice Cream DMC Community 
  • Ensure agencies are set for success by providing excellent standards of service and thought leadership guidance
  • Deliver optimal business outcomes by providing financial guidance

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Media, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with a broad range of partners, internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills that encourage cross-functions projects to thrive
  • Experience in global or multi-market initiatives
  • Experience with large and small size brands, as well as complex business models
  • Digital-savviness 
  • Data-driven decision mindset
