Role description

As a Process Engineer, you will be in the lead for or participate in one or more projects that are carried out within the company.

Responsibilities

-Setting up, conducting, reporting and/or coordinating investigations and changes for the improvement of existing installations and production processes.
-Defining, specifying, and purchasing new production equipment together with the internal customer and other stakeholders and the design and implementation of qualifications to this equipment.
-Leading or contributing to investigations resulting from deviations in the manufacturing process.
-Setting up, executing, reporting cleaning & process validations.
-Introducing new products to the production departments.
-Scaling up production processes in connection with increased demand for products and whether it is lowering the operational costs of existing products.

Requirements

-Extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or similar highly regulated environment.
-Experience in drawing up protocols and carrying out qualifications, cleaning & process validations.
-Familiar with GMP requirements, EHS guidelines and Lean principles
-Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
