Role description
Is very important for the success of the healthcare business. This particular job is very important because it helps the healthcare organization set standards for how to engage with HCPs and measure how well they are doing it, both globally and locally. This helps the organization to improve their performance and ensure they are meeting their goals.

Responsibilities
– You will be responsible for creating global standards for how the healthcare organization collects and uses data to measure its performance in engaging with HCPs)
– You will help different teams within the organization to track and analyze their performance in engaging with HCPs
– You will help the team to identify areas where they are doing well and areas where they need to improve
– You will analyze and report data to help identify areas for improvement

Requirements
– At least 3 years of working experience in Healthcare field force management
– Strong experience with SFE and analytics
– Excellent experience with Power Point and Excel. Power BI is a plus.
– Experience with business intelligence
– Ability to generate insights-driven, collecting data, cleaning the data, communicate data from the dashboards 
-Track KPIs, measure, HCP, how they look good expertise, additional
– Proven experience in cross-functional projects management
– Good communication skills in English (oral & written), Dutch is a plus
