Sr. Associate Customer Support Operations

Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.
Role Description
As an Associate Customer Support Operations, you will be responsible for Support end to end processes in Customer Success (Order management, Returns, Customer Master Data and Complaints), drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with GDP regulations.
Responsibilities
– Act as business process owner for Customer Success in Europe.
– Update SOPs/Documentation as needed.
– Training of new hires and process updates to existing team as needed.
– Identify and initiate process and system improvements.
– Proactively review & monitor records to ensure resolution within targets set.
– Participate in audit reviews with Quality & Compliance teams.
– Own and maintain metrics, identifying trends and taking appropriate actions.
– Represent Customer Success as required in cross-functional teams and projects.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
– Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
– Process and system oriented.
– Accurate and attention to detail.
– Analytical skills and problem solving.
– Communicates effectively.
– Continuous improvement mindset and open to change.
