Consumer Insights Specialist

The role
As a Consumer Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing consumer data and providing insights on how to improve the performance of the business. 

Responsibilities
– Participating in the project management of qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc studies to work on innovations and brand positioning. 
– Provide support for strategic planning processes and prepare the annual operating plans by using consumer insights and market performance data. 
– Support the business performance monitoring. 
– Analyze the market share performance and align it with the business stakeholders’ needs. 

Requirements
- Good understanding of market research and ability to perform qualitative and quantitative studies. 
- Experience with Nielsen data, and IQVIA knowledge is a plus. 
- Strong affinity with brands and communication landscape. 
- Interest in human psychology and behavior. 
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch
