Role Description
As Quality Assurance Officer, you are involved in advising, supporting and approving equipment installation, qualification and validation. 

Responsibilities
–Timely review of protocols, reports and deviations in accordance with guidelines and procedures.
-Correct administration and documentation of data in line with procedures and guidelines
-Acts as subject matter expert for GMP compliance during root cause investigations, change control procedures and improvement activities and approves final protocols and reports.
-Monitors compliance related activities and ensures validated status of GMP processes and systems. Ensures quality policies, procedures and programs are properly implemented in day-to-day GxP operations and kept up to date. 
 
Requirements
-Minimum bachelor in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or relevant field
-2+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals
-Experience with technical Writing, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), CAPA establishment and Lean Six Sigma.
-Experience with quality and compliance guidelines and manufacturing processes
-Fluent in Dutch and English
