Over de Rol
Als Warehouse Supervisor geef je leiding aan een divers magazijnteam en zorg je voor veilige, soepele en efficiënte dagelijkse operaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor goederenontvangst, magazijnprocessen, PBM-uitgifte, administratieve opvolging en ondersteuning van facilitaire activiteiten.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
• Leidinggeven aan het warehouse-team (ontvangst, voorraad, PBM, mailroom & admin)
• Bewaken van veiligheid en compliance
• Optimaliseren van werkprocessen
• Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
• Samenwerken met HSE, Operations en Facilitair
Kwalificaties & Vereisten
• Ervaring met leidinggeven aan magazijn/logistieke teams (15–20 medewerkers)
• Sterk in communicatie (Nederlands + Engels)
• Kennis van magazijnprocessen en facilitaire workflows
• Coachingvaardigheden en veranderbereidheid
• SAP/ERP is een pre
• Ervaring in industriële/petrochemische omgeving is gewenst
Overige Informatie
Tijdelijke opdracht met focus op procesoptimalisatie en operationele leiding.
