About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of investigational products to global clinical sites. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and stakeholders to manage shipping, resolve issues, and oversee regulatory and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, stock transfer orders, and proof of receipt processes

• Review and process temperature data, excursions, and returns

• Support expiry relabeling and import license management

• Act as subject matter expert in assigned areas, managing KPIs and training

• Handle and process distribution complaints

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field

• Experience in clinical supply chain, ideally within pharma/biotech

• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines for clinical supplies

• Skilled in ERP systems and MS Office; experience with automated systems
