Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Maintenance to manage the maintenance team at a major cheese production facility in Workum. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and planners responsible for all corrective and preventive maintenance, small modifications, and 24/7 breakdown support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of technicians and planners
- Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance plan
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations (QHSE, RI&E, LOTOTO, 5S)
- Coordinate shift planning, training, and team development
- Optimize maintenance processes and contribute to continuous improvement
- Handle budget planning and performance reporting
- Liaise with production, contractors, and external suppliers
- Oversee technical project transfers and ensure production readiness
Requirements
- HBO/WO degree (preferably in engineering)
- Proven experience in technical team leadership and maintenance operations
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety compliance, and change management
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
