Role Description
Are you the experienced Maintenance Electrical Engineer who, with your technical expertise, ensures optimal production of innovative medicines?
As a Maintenance Electrical Engineer, you ensure reliable and efficient production and utility processes. You start each day with a short team meeting to discuss malfunctions, after which your main focus is on preventive maintenance plans and strategic improvement projects to maximize system efficiency.

Responsibilities 
-Preparing, implementing, and optimizing preventive maintenance plans, based on your own analysis and technicians’ feedback to avoid malfunctions.
-Performing risk analyses and implementing corrective measures to enable smooth preventive maintenance and reduce corrective maintenance.
-Coordinating corrective maintenance, monitoring quality, and prioritizing projects effectively.
-Managing contracts with external service providers and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
-Identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and making recommendations to enhance reliability and efficiency.
-Playing a key role in analyzing complex malfunctions and proactively sharing your knowledge with colleagues and contractors.
-Ensuring compliance with safety, compliance, and GMP standards, always prioritizing your own safety and that of your colleagues.

Qualifications
-MBO 4 (senior secondary vocational education) work and thinking level in Electrical Engineering (or similar).
-Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch electrical standards and regulations (NEN 3140 required; NEN 1010 is an advantage).
-Significant technical experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment, especially as a senior technician or maintenance engineer.
-Project management skills, ideally with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, RCM, or TPM.
-Strong focus on installation availability, reliability, and risk management.
-Expert in identifying, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions.
-Driving license B.
-This position is fully focused on maintenance, not on designing or developing
new electrical systems.
